Ayurveda
Ayurveda means "the science of life" and that's exactly what it is. Ayurveda teaches us how to live in harmony with our individual nature and how to be healthy and fulfilled. In Ayurveda we look at all areas of life and work holistically.

Yoga
Yoga means "to union", "to yoke". In the West, most of the time we only think of the physical practice of yoga. This is a very important, but not the only aspect of yoga. Yoga is a universe of different practices that lead us to an higher state of consciousness.
Especially in today's day & age, the elements of yoga are very helpful to center yourself, find more peace, serenity and strength in you life.
Mental Health
Pilates has orginally no connection to Yoga and Ayurveda. And yet, after many years of Pilates practice, I can say: yes, it has many points of contact with yoga! However, it is a more physically focused training that specifically strengthens, mobilizes and engages the entire body. It is an essential tool for me to feel healthy and strong inside my body.
