Samskara is all about yoga, Ayurveda and holistic health. My wish for you is that you can live a full, healthy life full of joy and in alignment with your true nature! 

​

Ayurveda is the science of life and is characterized by exactly that: it offers simple and practicable ways in all areas of life, which help you to more well-being and health. The special thing about it is: for everyone this way is different. Your uniqueness is the foundation of Ayurveda therapy and we work together during several sessions on your goals and desires for your body, mind and life.

​

Yoga has similar origin as Ayurveda and both are strongly intertwined. Yoga is the path of spirituality and at its core seeks to attain spiritual enlightenment and wisdom. The teachings of yoga include physical, ethical and spiritual practices through which we can develop strength and flexibility both physically and mentally and add lasting depth and meaning to our lives.

 

 

My deepest desire is to guide you on your path to personal health and a fulfilled life in harmony with your true self.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the science of life and a form of alternative medicine. It offers support for physical and psychological complaints and aims to restore the holistic balance within the body. Ayurveda is also perfect for prevention of disease and is easy to integrate into everyday life.

 

I work primarily with nutritional advice, lifestyle coaching and physical treatments. In the first consultation we analyse your needs and set your individual targets for the therapy to come.

With Ayurveda you will find out how to gain your health back and remain in perfect health for the rest of your life.

Yoga

Yoga is a profound spiritual practice, part of which is the physical practice of positions (asanas).  Many of my yoga classes are heavily influenced by the practice of asanas, which strengthens the body and makes it more flexible.

 

But I also rely on the core teachings of Yoga, integrating breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) into each practice so that you can experience the holistic aspect of this ancient philosophy.

Yoga brings you back into connection with yourself, your body and mind and is perfect for creating balance.

Mental Health

Our mental health is more important today than ever before.

In a world where we are exposed to constant stress and pressure from outside, we can only thrive if we have mental strength and clarity. Unfortunately, we barely learn how to manage our mental resources and keep a good state of mind. Without a healthy mind and psyche we cannot create a fulfilling life and face many difficulties in our everyday life.

I work with methods of mental training from Ayurveda and Yoga, which contribute to mental and psychological health and resilience.
